EDUCE TECH INSTRUMENTS has introduced an SMPS based Current Source which can source up to 300 Amperes with 3V burden. It has high stability and accuracy making it suitable for testing and calibration. The required current to be sourced can be programmed either from the front panel or through RS232 interface. The programmed as well as measured current will be displayed on the alpha numeric LCD. The instrument works on 230V AC supply.
The instrument uses an SMPS based technology switching at a frequency above 60KHz. The output current is measured and controlled by a micro controller for better stability and accuracy.
The Instrument is designed for Current Calibration, Testing of Industrial Devices like solar string boxes, DC CTs and shunts and other devices.
