Educe Micro Research is led by Mr. Raveendran Nair, an accomplished engineering professional with a BTech from the University of Kerala and an MTech from IIT Madras. With over 30 years of extensive experience in Research, Design, and Development, he has held key roles in renowned organizations such as Crompton Greaves, TVS Electronics, and National Semiconductor Corporation (a global MNC).

Throughout his career, Mr. Nair has mentored numerous professionals and led projects that have garnered widespread recognition. Notably, he was instrumental in developing a platform for Microsoft SPOT (Smart Personal Objects Technology) and a demonstration system for PowerWise technology—a project that earned him high praise from National Semiconductor for its innovation and execution.

His leadership continues to drive Educe Micro Research toward excellence in embedded engineering and product development.

Dr. Suja R Nair

As a co-entrepreneur in this venture, Dr. Suja R. Nair has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Educe Micro Research. With an MBA and a PhD, she brings a strong academic foundation and professional expertise to the organization. Dr. Nair leads the General Management and Marketing functions, ensuring smooth operations and market visibility.

She is supported by an enthusiastic and committed marketing team that plays a key role in building the company’s reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction. Together, they provide the crucial bridge between our clients and our young, vibrant, and technically skilled in-house team—driving growth, credibility, and innovation.

Dr. Sulekha R Nair

Dr. Sulekha R. Nair serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Educe Micro Research, bringing a unique blend of academic insight, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to the organization. With a strong background in interdisciplinary research and education, she plays a key role in streamlining internal operations, ensuring cross-functional coordination, and fostering collaborative growth across teams.

Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning technical innovation with organizational goals, driving process efficiency, and nurturing a culture of excellence. Dr. Nair also works closely with both the technical and marketing teams, ensuring that product development, customer engagement, and project execution stay aligned and agile.

Her contributions help anchor the company's mission to deliver timely, high-quality, and customized embedded engineering solutions.
